

Easy Eats for Optimum Health
Not everyone is born with the flair for frying, the zest for zesting, or the thrill for grilling. That's okay! Here at TL Coaching Company, we believe that achieving wellness through food should be straightforward. Below you'll find a curated gallery of some of my favorite, easy-to-make, and scrumptiously healthy recipes tailored for those who'd rather not spend eternity in the kitchen.

Turkey Taco Meat
Ingredients:

1 lb ground Turkey
1 can organic black beans
1 can organic fire roasted tomatoes
1 can organic sweet corn
1 packet taco seasoning

In a large pan (cuz we're dumping everything together) brown turkey until done. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes to maximize flavor.

OPTIONAL:
Serve on a bed of romaine with limes, in a tortilla shell or just as it is!

Air Fryer Chicken Breasts
Ingredients:

Simple Truth Organic Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts (as many as your air fryer can hold)
​
McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
​
Sprinkle frozen chicken breasts with seasoning and pop into air fryer at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
​
Eat them with a fork or add to salads!
